The spy who didn't shag my wifi 8: the technician's testimony

A Bell technician testified at the Lemire-Warman hearing on March 25 of this year, and since that testimony has been topical, I am posting it here. (I've redacted some of Hechme's personal information, since it probably not necessary to broadcast this to the world. If you really want to know this stuff, the document should be available elsewhere.)
