Suddenly, it all makes sense

Houston BC is famous for two things. 

For its mayor, whose naked pictures are floating around the internet.  (See picture on the left.)

And for being the site of the world's largest rod, which as you can see in the picture to the right, is perched at a … um … provocative angle.

Coincidence?  I think not.
