Peter Kent (Toronto Thornhill), senior member of the Canadian Coalition of Democracies

Peter Kent, Toronto ThornhillThe Conservative candidate in Toronto Thornhill is a "senior member" of the Canadian Coalition of Democracies.

The evidence?  In an article in the Toronto Star, January 08, 2007 (quoted on the CCD's own web-page):
To promote what Raghubeer called "a robust foreign policy that deals with the world as it has changed in the post-9/11 era," the Canadian Coalition for Democracies formed in 2003.

Senior members include broadcaster and former Conservative candidate Peter Kent and David Harris, former chief of strategic planning for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. The group is multi-ethnic and multi-religious, said Raghubeer, whose family came to Canada in 1984 as refugees from the former British Guyana, now Guyana.

More to come.
